The team is close knit , friendly and highly motivated. Staff Training has recently taken place at the Rainbow International training academy in Glasgow and at New College Durham. Junior training is carried out at South Tyneside College, where apprentices study for a NVQ in hairdressing, and also in the Salon itself as Terry is both a qualified teacher and assessor.
